Lost & Found Center

  • Location: Geumnamno4Ga Station (Underground 3F)
  • Contact: (062)604-8554
  • Use time: 05;30 ~ 24:00 (open throughout the year)

Treatment of Lost & Found

  • Treatment of Lost & Found
    • When recognized the loss right after departure of the train -> Contact station office
    • When recognized the loss later -> report to destination station
      (Sotae Station (604-8411), Pyungdong Station (604-8591)
    • When several days are passed after the loss -> contact Lost & Found Center
    • If you want to find the loss soon,

      - ou need to remember train number

      - You need to remember get-off time

      - You need to remember location (cabin No.) of the train you got off

    • Report procedure when you found -> deliver to the near station office or Lost & Found Center
